Crazy Life

How is your new year going?  Mine has been a little crazy but I have been getting things done.  I kind of fell off track a few times at the end of the year with all the kids here.  I am now back on track and have accomplished many things.  See what I have done this first month of the year.  Read on if you would like to know1.  I have gone back to my checklist.  I do find that I needed two checklists. One with my daily things to do and then I started one that is just my projects that I do want to get done.  I have found that I need to just try marking off one project at a time.  If I am working on two projects they need to be totally different and things I can do at different times; like when I am watching TV I can work on the baby blanket or some or project that I can do while I work.  Thanks again, Jen!

2.  I read the book One Small Step Can Change Your Life.  It has changed my life.  It is called the Kaizen Way.  I actually got told to read this book while taking a photography class.  I can already see the changes with me.  I have a tendency to over do, even with things like cleaning the house.  I will work until I drop and then am out of service for a day or too. Now by following the one step at a time I have put one chore a day on my checklist. I do the laundry one day, the floors one day and so on.  I have tons of classes that I want to take and I am doing the same thing there. This book is great and you can get it here.

3. Back into Keto.  I am working hard on it but I am changing my life one small step at a time.  I do have to say I love this way of like and have found tons of cookbooks on Amazon that I do recommend.

Anyway life is good one small step at a time.

Thanks for stopping by.
