We have not been around lately but our friends, David and Cindy, asked us to go on a road trip with them to Texas. We left Alaska on a rainy Friday.
On our trip we drove everyday until we were tired. We were trying to get there fast because our friends needed to go help take care of the family home. We looked for little funky places to stay and tried to eat at the local places. There was every kind of weather that we hit on the way down.
