What have you been doing while you are confined? I am glad that we don’t live in an apartment but our own home. We can hang out in our back yard when it isn’t raining. I am not complaining about the rain because it has really made our yard green. This meant we better go buy a lawn mower. We got a used one while using social distancing.
David picked up the sticks from the backyard with the help of Harrison.
I have found that Harrison is very photogenic. He has a very hard life getting petted, patrolling his yard and taking care of his humans.

I also got an email from Woodcarving Illustrated. They are offering a new carving class every Wednesday. I decided that would be a fun thing to do, so the first project is an angel fish.

I also have been taking a class on using Lightroom to adjust black and white photos. I am trying to use this time to learn something new.
Let me know what you think of these photos. Just leave a comment below. Tell me which one you think is best.
We also tried out our new beer mugs we got for Christmas. They worked really well. They didn’t leak which is always a good thing. It kept the beer really cold. Thanks Linda and Jim Montgomery this was a great present.

I have been trying a lot of new recipes too. Most of them make two meals, so I have been freezing the second meal. I am supposed to have hand surgery on April 23rd. That is if it isn’t postponed which will not surprise me. It is just a day surgery, so we will see.
I have been trying to use different Keto cookbooks. I have cooked a few things out of The”I Love My Air Fryer” cookbook.
If you don’t want an actual hold in your hand book then you can get it on kindle.
I made the Lemon Pepper Drumsticks which we both really liked. They were very easy to make and only took 30 minutes total.
Last night I made Cilantro Lime Chicken Thighs. Another quick meal with 15 minutes hands on and 22 minutes cooking time.

I also made what they called Protein Powder Doughnut Holes. They were good but didn’t taste like a doughnut. I thought you could use different flavor protein powder. I used vanilla. I will put less erythritol the next time I make them because we thought they were a little too sweet.

I made a pizza with a mozzarella and cream cheese crust. I baked the crust first then added the toppings and cheese. Put it back in the oven for the cheese to melt.
All of the above recipes came out of the “I Love My Air Fryer” cookbook.
We are taking this time to learn new things and try new things. What are you doing with your time?
Thanks for stopping by!
I am also learning something new and using my time to bone up on my Spanish with the Duolingo app. It’s so fun and addicting, they make it like a video game you can’t stop. Rewarding you with hearts and points, leveling up when you reach goals. It’s super fun and you can learn other languages as well! Other than that, we play pool, the game Qwirkle, watch tv, I do my Diamond Art Project, and read and write of course. Stay safe and healthy you guys!!
Sounds like you are staying busy too.
I’m trying! Thanks for stopping by!
My favorite photo is the one of the crab pots & buoys.
Thx Greg
