Now continue on to the recipe I made.
What you will need are these items
1/4 cup low-carb no sugar added pasta sauce
1 pound lean ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2 cup full-fat ricotta cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp of dried parsley
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Brown the ground beef.

As that was browning I mixed up the ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, parsley and oregano.

Add the sauce to the 4 cup round baking dish. I bought the Air Fryer Accessories which have come in very handy. There was the perfect baking dish included.

Now add 1/3 of meat.

Then add dollops of your cheese mixture.

Continue with layers and then finish with the topping of mozzerlla.

Cover with foil.
I put in my Air Fryer at a temperature of 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

The last two minutes remove the foil.
This is the finished product.


We both enjoyed the meal and will make it again.
