I know that this is a strange question but the saying is, “Running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off.?” I don’t know if you have ever seen this happen but it is pretty funny. I have to tell you a little story about this before I continue on with my point I am getting to.
Years ago I had a friend with a bunch of chickens that needed to be butchered. We had a friend who was a really city girl. She wanted to help. Her job was to hold the chicken while I chopped its head off and then she was to hold it over a trashcan to let it bleed out. Don’t want to have blood all over the yard because that will bring the bears into your yard.
She is holding a chicken as I grab its head and stretch out its neck then chop it off. When the body of the chicken starts wiggling in her hands she drops it and it starts running around. My other friend and I are laughing so hard we about pee ourselves, which doesn’t take much because we both had a bunch of kids.

Are you going crazy trying to get ready for Christmas? I know I am. This will be the first year since the kids all left home that we are all going to be together, well except for the oldest. That makes 4 children, 2 son in laws, 1 daughter in law, 2 grandsons, 6 granddaughters, my oldest daughter’s in laws and her brother in law and my oldest grandson’s girlfriend. David came home with 3 1/2 5 gallon buckets of apples that he picked off a tree that was standing in one of his students front yard. David is a special education school bus driver. I feel like I really did a lot of today. I just seemed to have so much energy. I know I do have more energy, since I started on this life change.
I started the day off checking my email. Then off to clean the bathroom. I got the towels washed, counter, toilet, and tub cleaned. Then I did the floors.
I knew the boys wouldn’t clean it while I am in Gig Harbor, WA taking care of my daughter, Sarah, after her foot surgery.

I do have to say that I did get tons of worksheets and recipes for the diet. There is a 45 day course I can follow. I am just trying to decide if I should try to follow it now before I go down to Gig Harbor to take care of my daughter after her foot surgery. I know that I will be taking care of 3 of my granddaughters; getting their breakfast, getting them off to school, taking and picking up at bus stop, cooking dinner for family and anything else my daughter, Sarah, needs me to do.
