Well we headed for Magic Kingdom on the Monorail.
The girls loved riding the train. It was really nice having the whole couch to ourselves.
We got into the park in time for the opening show. I think the characters are the girls favorite thing.

We ate breakfast in the room before we left. We all wore our hats we had gotten the night before. Heather got the girls some ears that just clipped into their hair. I had to get a photo of my girls together.
Heather had everything scheduled because that is what she does and we had to have reservations for everything; including the parks. We arrived at the Magic Kingdom as the park was opening. Heather tapped her wristband to get in and we didn’t have reservations for that park. She had made a mistake and we were supposed to be at Animal Kingdom. They had openings to get into the park, so we all got in but they canceled our Animal Kingdom and we couldn’t change it to the next day. Heather got our reservations changed for our dinners, so that was okay. Heather was so upset and thought she had ruined our whole vacation. David said she sounded like her Mom. I guess she is like me in some ways. Anyway, this is when the real magic came into play.
Sir Harrison loves walking over to visit Princess Maria.
We left our hotel around 8:30. We were getting excited to get home now but still planned to make a few stops on the way.
Our next stop was Tintagel Cairn which we hit at 11:00 at a rest area near the town of Tintagel, British Columbia, Canada. What exactly is the Tintagel Cairn you ask
Continue reading “Went to Alaska for 30 Minutes”Our new friends have taken us to Scotland with them. They took us everywhere they had gone. They even had us spend time with their friends there. We got to go to all over the highlands and see many new things. We went to a distillery, brewery, beach and even a castle. We even ate fish and chips, went for hikes in the woods, drove heavy equipment and hung out with Sam. We went to this really strange place where there were socks and other clothing hanging all over the trees. We got to spend David’s 69th birthday with him and toasted him with whiskey. We have to make this a short one because we are heading to Iceland with our friends, after saying goodbye to our new friends.
I hope you enjoy the photos. Off to Iceland now.
We arrived in Pavia and the chorus went to do a short rehearsal and sound check. I went and checked out the castle gardens. Looked like pretty new castle to me. I didn’t bother to go in but enjoyed the shade of the gardens because once again it was very hot. David tell me that I can’t complain about the heat until it reaches 80. Well I got to complain everyday.
